Welcome to Children's Ministry.

Now is the time for our children to RISE UP in the power of the Holy Spirit with a passionate love for their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! We are training the next generation to carry the fire of His love to this lost and hurting world. Your child will not only receive the Word of God, but also experience the love of the Father during powerful praise and worship. Through dramas, puppets, and interactive object lessons your child will see the Word of God come to life leaving a lasting impression on their hearts.

Amanda

Amanda oversees Children’s Ministry at Victory Christian Center which includes Mother’s Heart Nursery, Happy Church, and KidX. She is passionate about Jesus, marriage, motherhood, parenting, and teaching. She came to Victory in 1999 on a Friday night, fell in love with God’s presence, and the rest is history! She later met her husband, Jeremy, after a Friday night service at church, and they have been married since 2004. Together, they serve at Victory in various roles and love being part of the body of Christ. They have four boys, a dog, two fish tanks, and never a dull moment. Amanda homeschools her boys, runs a small business, is a group exercise instructor at her local YMCA, and loves to help others reach their full potential in all aspects of health and wellness. Before choosing to homeschool, Amanda spent nine years teaching and coaching in public school. For fun, the whole family enjoys longboarding and playing golf amongst many other things!
